Barbara as i look at this painting closer, I notice the sun shining brightly. Thank God for the SON! (Jesus) that shines through us when we are at a breaking point, fighting the storms in our lives. We are rooted. knowing there is one who can calm the storms. all we have to do is look up.and bow down. Great work!!

About Barbara Hayes

Barbara Hayes

About me, I was born and raised on a beautiful farm outside of a small town in the state of Georgia, this is where my love of a art began. The gift of art was passed down through generations of my family. For this, I give thanks to God for the inspiration within the gift He has given me. What inspires me? There is something special to me about colors. I love to work with colors when capturing moments in time. As for my style; I do not wish to be boxed-in to one specific style, or a certain type, nor form of art; my focus is creating those feel good, bold, bright-beautiful colorful works. Thought..."what inspired her to paint this piece"? My professional studies provided me the opportunity and pleasure to sit with Paul Goodnight at the...
